Paragraph 1. Age limit
For shopping at Agroponix you must be over 18 years old.
Paragraph 2. Payment conditions
All orders placed on Agroponix must be pre-paid to our account.
By placing your order you declare your willingness to pay for the ordered items as well as the shipping and service costs as indicated on this website. The orders are thereafter sent the working day after the payment is received on our account. Please note that until we dispatch your order we cannot guarantee full availability of the ordered items. Usually our website is only refreshed once a day. This means, items labeled as available might nevertheless be sold-out. Same as not in stock products can be available. Payment with debit/credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic. Payments are processed by Agroponix Ltd. with headquarters in Peetri, Rae at Läike str. 2, postal code: 75312, reg.no.: 10484542.
Paragraph 3. Return
For returns of products, we ask you to first contact us by email at [email protected], returns sent back without prior contact will not be accepted. All items sent back to us have to be in an untouched condition (in order for us to be able to re-sell them). Goods that are used, tested, etc. will not be accepted.
The customer has the right to return products within a time of 14 days after receiving the package. This means that the returned goods must reach Agroponix within this time limit. Agroponix charges for the actual transport cost of the order plus 15 euros per parcel as processing fee for returns. The customer stands the cost for freight both ways, that is from Agroponix to customer and back from the customer to Agroponix.
Paragraph 4. Warranty Cases
For warranty issues, please email us first with pictures of the goods and a description of the fault your item has. We thereafter take the decision whether the item should be sent back to us or not. The customer stands for all transportation costs in the case of use of warranty rights.
Paragraph 5. Uncollected packages
For uncollected packages, customers bear the shipping costs back and forth. Uncollected packages are counted as returns and the paid amount for the goods will be paid back to the customer after a deduction of the shipping + administration fee of 15 Euro per parcel.
Paragraph 6. Confidentiality
We at Agroponix never give out our customers’ personal information to a third party. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
You may withdraw from your contract within fourteen days (by letter, fax, email or phone) without having to state your reasons. You may also inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by sending us the template cancellation form attached. You can also complete and send the template cancellation form or an express declaration electronically via our website www.agroponix.com
Should you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. via email) send you confirmation of the receipt of the withdrawal. To observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication about your exercising of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the Withdrawal
Should you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately refund you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your having chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive the communication concerning your withdrawal from this contract. For the refund, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless an explicit alternative agreement is made with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or transfer the goods free of charge for us and promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. the item back to us in its original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging where necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection from transport damage.
3.        We will gladly pick up the goods from you or reimburse you the postage and packaging
costs upon request, insofar as these are not to be borne by you.
