By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at [email protected]

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

Within five (5) to thirty (30) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

Shipping costs for every option will be calculated individually.

Agroponix is focused in Baltic States and Finland, but we do offer delivery World Wide.
All orders are sent by DPD, UPS, ITELLA, OMNIVA and TNT depending on the country and size of your order. For countries outside the EU, such as Norway and others, customs fees and extra shipping costs if needed will be added. You can see the exact price for each country when you check out. The price for shipping is usually not on weight for lighter items, but on how much space they take. Approximal transport time (it can be extended for reasons beyond our control). After your package will be sent, you will get email with notification and tracking number. If you didn`t get email with tracking number in 48 hous, check your spam box than contact us

Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards, Bank transfer by invoice and cash payments (at store).

Sample ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired samples, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out.

Always check content of your package at the presence of courier – if you notice that:

Parcels outer packaging is damaged – point it out to courier and inform that you want to check the content of the shipment. Sign for receiving your shipment and along with courier carry out shipment content evaluation.

If the content of shipment:
– is not damaged, then we hope for your understanding because small damages to shipments outer packaging may occur during shipment processing;
– is damagedthen ask courier to compile the act of damage.

The outer packaging is not damaged, but there is a suspicion of damage to the contents of the shipment: point it out to courier and inform that you want to check the content of the shipment. Sign for receiving your shipment and along with courier carry out shipment content evaluation. If the content of shipment:
– is not damaged, then no additional actions are necessary;
– is damaged, then ask courier to compile the act of damage.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the forwarder, have/ has taken possessions of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us and send us filled withdrawal form:
