SOFTbox have the special characteristic that the motor is not fixed to the housing/box, instead it is hanging loose inside the box suspended with rubber rings. This reduces noise pollution further.
IMPORTANT: The manufacturer of this product recommends to always ship this product in a pallet, horizontally, and advises againts standard messenger services.
The motor of these fans is not fixed to the box, so it must be shipped horizontally in a pallet to assure that they are still balanced once they reach their final destination, and to prevent noises during its performance.
